Since 1999, Trish Fournier has been discovering how to make good businesses great. Trish is a results-driven, highly adaptable and strategic senior executive with a strong track record of delivering growth, solving complex challenges, and driving successful, sustainable change. Over the course of her career she has served as a Board Director, CFO and CEO, helping to steer companies through the many hazards of successful money management.

With expertise in capital asset and expenditure assessment; business strategy planning; risk management and business performance improvement, she has spent the majority of her professional life specializing in the agriculture and farming sphere. As CEO of Lake Erie Farms Inc., she stewarded its transition from a family business to a multi-million-dollar enterprise.

She launched South Coast Advisory Solutions in 2019 to change the way businesses in her community approach their most critical financial questions. Thanks to her strong reputation among local business owners and financial professionals, she has quickly become a trusted resource to clients in Norfolk County and beyond.

Her advice was always informed by a thorough knowledge and understanding of the latest industry trends based upon her many industry contacts and her board memberships allowing us to make the best decisions for our company’s future.
— ROBERT ASHE, SHAREHOLDER LAKE ERIE FARMS INC.
Trish’s strengths are attention to detail, financial analysis, and organizational planning. She can provide valuable experience and insight to companies because of these strengths. She is very good at developing, implementing and documenting plans, especially for major projects. When Lake Erie Farms purchased a greenhouse, her plan for transitioning the new people and processes into Lake Erie’s culture was impeccable. Similarly, when we undertook a major expansion of the original greenhouse, the plan was clear, it was done on time with appropriate supervision of contractors and workers to ensure it was done well.
— LARRY J. MARTIN, 2018 CANADIAN AGRICULTURAL HALL OF FAME INDUCTEE
Trish did an excellent job in her role and under her leadership and direction provided a positive and significant impact on the operating results of the company.
— MICHAEL MARINANGELI, PRESIDENT MIDEB CONSULTING INC.
I cannot stress enough how much we respected Trish’s total commitment to the tasks she set out to accomplish. She did not own a single share of our company, but you would never know it. When she attacked problems, our company was her company and that extra effort showed for years.
— CHARLES ASHBAUGH, SHAREHOLDER LAKE ERIE FARMS INC.
